- 1-2 tbsp vegan cream cheese or vegan butter
- 2-3 tbsp vegan sauerkraut or other pickled vegetables
- 1 fresh radish, sliced
- 1 tsp fresh dill
- 1/4 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh scallions, sliced
- 1 tsp fresh herbs or microgreens
- Spread either vegan cream cheese or butter on the rye bread.
- Top with desired ingredients.
