  • 2-3 tbsp vegan sauerkraut or other pickled vegetables
  • 1 fresh radish, sliced
  • 1 tsp fresh dill
  • 1/4 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh scallions, sliced

Garnish (optional):

  • 1 tsp fresh herbs or microgreens

Instructions:

  1. Spread either vegan cream cheese or butter on the rye bread.
